It is the first and only organization of its kind to be state registered and its Articles of Incorporation state approved, in the USA. The Federation is a state registered corporation with the New York State Department of State/Non-Profit Corporations Division, and as defined in subparagraph (a) (5) of Section 102 of the Not-for-Profit Corporation Law and Section 404 of the Not-For-Profit Corporation Law. The Federation is organized as a New York Domestic Not-for-Profit corporation. It is organized exclusively for the purposes of developing, recognizing, certifying, and promoting the quality work of psychics mediums, healers, and lightworkers via orientation programs, training, forums, discussions and public awareness.

The Purposes of the Federation are:

1-To promote the quality work of psychics, mediums, healers and lightworkers
2-To develop and to enhance the abilities, talents and full potentials of legitimate practitioners in the field.
3-To develop, conduct and offer training programs, orientation programs, and professional materials for the better advancement of psychics, mediums, healers, spiritual advisors, lightworkers and their profession.
4-To grant official recognition and certifications for qualified practitioners in the field.
5-The public objective of the Federation is to help practitioners in the field explore and develop their full potentials and skills, and ameliorate their talents and gifts at no cost to them, and which without the help of the corporation, their work would and could not be acknowledged, made known and appreciated by the public.
